CK Tools ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications including NetworkMonitor (FloatNet), WheelVolume, and RemoteCap (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Our apps are designed to work locally on your device. All data processing happens on your device and never leaves it.

2. App-Specific Permissions

Each app requires specific system permissions to function. We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for core features:

📊 NetworkMonitor (FloatNet)

Usage Access (NetworkStatsManager): Required to monitor real-time network traffic and identify which apps are consuming bandwidth. This data is processed locally and never transmitted.
Query All Packages: Required to display app names in the culprit detection feature. Without this, only package IDs would be shown.
Display Over Other Apps: Required to show the floating window overlay with network statistics.

🔊 WheelVolume

Display Over Other Apps: Required to show the floating volume control wheel overlay.
Modify System Settings: Required to adjust the device's volume levels when you interact with the wheel.

📷 RemoteCap

Accessibility Service: Required to tap the camera shutter button at a position you set, when triggered from the watch. The service receives no accessibility events and does not read screen content.
Screen Capture (Media Projection): Required to mirror your phone screen to the watch as a live viewfinder. You approve a system dialog every time mirroring starts. Frames are streamed live and never saved or uploaded.
Photos and Media: Required to read the photo you just captured so a thumbnail can be shown on the watch as confirmation.
Display Over Other Apps: Required to show the draggable shutter target over your camera app.
Bluetooth: Required for the phone-watch data link (Wear OS Data Layer) that carries the viewfinder stream and shutter signals.

RemoteCap requests no Internet permission and contains no networking code — it is technically incapable of sending data off your devices. A full permission-by-permission breakdown is on the RemoteCap Permissions page.

3. Third-Party Services

Our apps may include the following third-party services:

Google AdMob: For optional rewarded video ads that unlock premium features temporarily. AdMob may collect information according to Google's privacy policy.
Google Play Billing: For in-app purchases of lifetime premium access. Billing is handled by Google Play and follows Google's privacy policy.

We do not have access to any payment information. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data:

No user data is stored on our servers (we don't have servers).
App settings are stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
